Order Policy

At Meduso Studio, every order is custom-made with care and precision. To ensure efficiency and the best possible quality, the following order guidelines apply:

​Screen Printing Minimums:

  • 1–3 Colors: Minimum of 12 pieces
  • 4 Colors: Minimum of 24 pieces
  • 5 Colors: Minimum of 36 pieces
  • 6–7 Colors: Minimum of 72 pieces

Artwork Requirements:

All artwork must be provided in a high-resolution or vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF preferred).Please note: Simply saving a non-vector image in one of these formats does not make it a vector file. Your design must be originally created or converted using vector-based software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.

​Mockups & Approval:

A digital mockup will be sent to the client within 1–3 business days after the order is received and the deposit is made.

A deposit is required before we begin processing your order and creating the mockups. No changes can be made once the final design is approved. Production will only begin after approval and deposit are confirmed.

Color Disclaimer:

Colors shown in digital mockups may vary slightly from the final printed product due to screen display differences and material types. For precise color matching, we recommend clients refer to a Pantone Matching System (PMS) color book to select and confirm exact ink colors.

​Turnaround Time:

Typical production turnaround is 5–7 business days, starting from the date of final design approval and deposit confirmation.This estimate does not include shipping time, which will vary based on the shipping method selected by the client.
Payment

At Meduso Studio, we aim to make the payment process as simple and transparent as possible.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Cash App
  • Cash

​Deposit Requirement:

A 50% deposit is required to begin processing your order and generating mockups. The remaining balance must be paid in full before production or at the time of pickup/delivery, depending on your arrangement.

​Additional Charges:

Vector Fee:If your artwork is not provided in a usable vector format, a vector fee starting at $30 will be charged. The final cost depends on the complexity of the design.

  • Vectoring may take up to 5 business days.
  • Once vectored, your design will be stored in our system for future orders — this is a one-time fee as long as no major changes are needed.
  • If significant design modifications are requested later, a new vector fee will apply.
  • Customers who pay a vector fee are entitled to receive a copy of their vectored artwork upon request.

Rush Fees:

Rush orders requested outside of our standard turnaround time may incur additional charges based on project scope and urgency.

​Production will not begin until the required deposit and design approval are confirmed.
Refund & Return

At Meduso Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Due to the nature of personalized items, our refund and return policy is as follows:

Custom Orders:

All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is approved and enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Mockup Approval Responsibility:

A digital mockup is provided prior to production. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all design details, including spelling, placement, size, and color.

  • If an issue arises due to a client oversight after mockup approval, Meduso Studio will not be held responsible, and no refund or reprint will be issued. 

Production Errors:

If a mistake occurs on our end after mockup approval, the client is entitled to a full refund or reprint, provided the defective items are returned.

​Damaged or Defective Items:

We will fully cover the cost of reprinting any items that are damaged (e.g., holes, stains, incorrect sizes) due to production error. Clients must report such issues within 3 business days of receiving their order and provide clear photographic evidence.

Shared Responsibility:

If an issue is the result of both client and studio error, we are always open to fair negotiation, which may include a partial refund, discount, or credit toward a future order.
Shipping & Delivery

At Meduso Studio, we offer flexible options to receive your order, whether you're local or located elsewhere.

Local Pickup:

Customers can opt for free local pickup from our studio. Pickup location and times will be provided once the order is ready.

Local Delivery:

We offer local delivery within a limited radius for an additional fee, depending on distance and order size. Delivery availability and rates will be confirmed during order processing.

Shipping:

We ship orders nationwide using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on:

  • The carrier selected
  • Destination address
  • Package weight and size

Shipping fees will be calculated and added during checkout or order finalization. Please note that shipping time is not included in the standard 5–7 business day production turnaround.
Rush Orders

We understand that sometimes you need your order fast. Meduso Studio offers rush order services depending on production capacity and order complexity.

Rush Availability:

  • Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval.
  • Availability depends on current workload, product type, and design readiness.

 

Rush Fees:

  • A rush fee will apply to all expedited orders. The fee is calculated based on the turnaround time requested, order size, and production complexity.
  • Typical rush turnaround is between 2–4 business days, but this must be confirmed in advance.

 

Payment Terms:

  • Rush orders must be paid in full upfront before production begins.
  • All necessary artwork must be provided in proper format, or vector fees and proofing may delay the rush timeline.

 

If you're in a time crunch, please contact us as early as possible so we can determine whether we can accommodate your deadline.
Product Care & Wear

To ensure the longevity and quality of your custom-printed apparel, we recommend following these care guidelines:

Screen Printed & DTF Garments:

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or air dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Avoid dry cleaning

Embroidered Garments:

  • Wash inside out in cold or lukewarm water
  • Use gentle cycles with mild detergent
  • Air dry is preferred; if using a dryer, use low heat
  • Do not scrub or stretch the embroidered area

 

Meduso Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or washing. Following these instructions will help maintain the vibrancy and durability of your items over time.
Terms & Condition

By placing an order with Meduso Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Design & Content Responsibility:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or artwork submitted for printing.
  • Meduso Studio reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is offensive, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on copyright/trademark laws.

 

Garment Disclaimer:

  • While we do our best to ensure quality across all garments, slight color variations, garment shrinkage, or sizing inconsistencies may occur depending on manufacturer and batch. 

Customer-Supplied Items:

  • If you supply your own garments or products for printing, Meduso Studio is not liable for any damage, misprints, or manufacturer defects on those items. 

Production Rights:

  • Meduso Studio may use images of completed orders for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before production. 

Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product and service provided. We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or missed deadlines due to order delays, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not operate a walk-in storefront. Meduso Studio is an online and mobile-based business. We offer mobile consultations or fully remote coordination — whichever is more convenient for you. This helps us reduce overhead and keep prices competitive while maintaining high-quality service.
